  • Microwave


  • 1 package frozen Santa Fe Style Rice & Beans dish
  • a few spoonfuls salsa
  • 3 small flour tortillas OR 2 large flour tortillas If you want to save some of the rice and bean mixture to eat on the side, just use 2 small tortillas/1 large tortilla


  • Cook the frozen rice and bean dish according to the package’s instructions.
  • Transfer rice mixture to the middle of the tortilla(s). If you want to use up all of the rice mixture, evenly divide contents between 3 small or 2 large tortillas. If you want to save some rice to eat on the side, only use 2 small or 1 large tortilla.
  • Scoop preferred amount of salsa on top of rice mixture that is inside the tortilla(s).
  • Carefully roll the tortilla(s) into the shape of a burrito. Now you’re done! If you have some rice mixture remaining, serve it on the side.
